I was on my social media this morning and came across this interesting cupcake recipe on Pinterest (Mischief Baking).
I thought I had to share this recipe, it looks too good not to share!
1 cup room temperature butter, 1 and half cup all purposr flour, 1 and quater cup castor sugar, 1 table spoon and teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4 eggs, also room temperature
Mix all ingredients and baje at 180 for about 20 min
Once done, cut a hole in your cupcake to add the raspberry jam. You will cover it with the cream and dusted icing sugar.
8tablespoons of butter, 1 and half cup icing sugar, 1 tablespoon heavy cream, half teaspoon vanilla essence and a pich of salt.
Decorate your cupcakes to your desire!
