Moist Homemade Double Chocolate Cookies and Cream Cupcakes

​I am in the mood for something sweet and chocolatey,  so as usual I went to Pinterest and found this recipe by ‘Baking by Rachael’ looks divine and cannot wait to try! 
Ingredients 

Cupcakes:
Quater cup butter,  half cup castor sugar,  1 large egg,  tsp vanilla extract,  quater tsp salt and half tsp baking soda.  Quater cup cocoa,  quater cup milk, quater cup sour cream and three quater cup flour. 
Frosting
8oz cream cheese,  quarter cup butter,  half a tsp vanilla extract,  4 cups icing sugar,  one third of a cup choc cookie crumbs and 8 whole cookies for the topping.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180 and line your pan with 8 cupcake liners.  Mix all wet ingredients and add your dry ingredients.  Mix till combined.  Donot over mix.  Bake for about 15 minutes. 
Make your frosting and decorate once the cupcakes are cooled.
