I was inspired by Sweet and Savoury Pursuits and their Whole Wheat Blueberry Lemon Muffin.
3/4 cup flour, 2tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 large eggs, 3/4 cup castor sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 and 1/2 cup blueberries
Preheat your oven. Mix all your dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix all your wet ingredients. Fold in the dry mixure to the wet one. Add your blueberries and fold in gently. Add into your cupcake holders and bake for about 18-20 min depending on your oven.
